- We target to supply 99% of spare parts requirements ex-stock against breakdown requirements.
- With the growth of our installed base, our inventory of Genuine FANUC Original Spare Parts to support our products has grown exponentially.
- We also stock a large quantity of consumables such as cables, fuses, batteries, filters, fuses and so on, to ensure quick supply of such requirements.
- We understand downtime of the machine is more critical in the Capital Equipment of Factory Automation Products. Hence FIL has about 50% of manpower operating in Service.
