- Process:
- As parts enter FIL for repairs, they are cleaned of dust and grime at the washing station. They are then dried using a modern microprocessor-based oven and subsequently moved into our Repairs Shop.
- After repairs, the components are treated thoroughly for QC, before being passed.
- We have facilities for testing and repair of even older FANUC CNC systems (such as System 6, System 10 and System 11). Dedicated simulators are available for these operations.
- A dedicated section repairs the faulty motors and also to recondition old motors.
- Genuine FANUC Original Parts are used.
- Repair Centers at Bangalore, Manesar and Pune with state-of-the-art FANUC proprietary Automated Test Equipment.
- All parts repaired at our Repair Factory enjoy six-month warranty.
