ROBOSHOT for Automotive Industry

A Tier-1 automotive supplier manufacturing automotive switches was facing abnormally higher 16% rejection rate. The rejections were quite painful as the identification of aesthetic defects occurred during the secondary stage of post-moulding process. A small-scale manufacturer for drip irrigation parts faced recurring mould accidents and high repair costs due to the frequent accidents in his high cost multi-cavity mould.
